Roasted Ranch Potatoes

Serves: 4-6


6 baking potatoes
olive oil
1 pkg. Rnach dressing mix

Wash and scrub potatoes. Dice into cubes. Place in a lightly greased cooking pot. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with ranch mix and toss to coat. Cook covered at 250-280 degrees for 2-3 hours, until fork tender.
