1/2 lb. black beans
Sort, rinse and soak beans over night, covered by 2-3 inches of water.
Rinse beans and place in a cooking pot. Add 4 c. borth (beef or chicken), 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1 Tbsp. onion flakes.
Cook at 250 degrees, covered for 4-6 hours.
Beans are soft and tender! Great in burritos or as a side.
